On May 28, 2026, the Higala Group officially broke ground on a new commissary that will power the next chapter of our brands. Surrounded by partners, team members, and friends, the ceremony marked a major step toward our ten-year vision: ten restaurants in ten years, rooted in the same Mindanaoan warmth that started it all.
The new commissary will strengthen our kitchen operations, support local suppliers, and give Cucina Higala, Ricardo's by CH, and Ricardo's Catering the infrastructure to serve more higala across Northern Mindanao.
